The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve the minutes of August 7, 2008.

4.	REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
	Recommend approval of 2008 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and accompanying Environmental Impact Report (EIR).

5.	STATE HIGHWAY OPERATIONS AND PROTECTION PROGRAM (SHOPP)
	Receive an update on currently programmed SHOPP projects.

6.	LOCAL STREET AND ROADS NEEDS ASSESSMENT
	Receive an update on local agency participation in the assessment.

7.	ANNOUNCEMENTS
