The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Transportation Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve the minutes of December 1, 2005.

4.	2006 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
	a.	Recommend that the SBCAG board adopt the 2006 Regional Transportation Improvement Program for submittal to the California Transportation Commission.

	b.	Recommend that the SBCAG Board adopt a programming policy to fund deleted rehabilitation projects with RSTP as a first priority and direct SBCAG staff to return with a RSTP programming recommendation for Board consideration.

5.	CALIFORNIA STATE HIGHWAY OPERATIONS AND PROTECTION PROGRAM (SHOPP)
	Receive a report providing a general overview of the SHOPP and program priorities.

6.	OVERALL WORK PROGRAM
	Provide input on work tasks for SBCAG's new Overall Work Program for FY 2006-07.

7.	AMTRAK PACIFIC SURFLINER
	Receive summary on ridership by station for Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner Service.

8.	CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
	Receive summary on development trends 2000-2004.

9.	ANNOUNCEMENTS
	A.	Board referred Unmet Transit Needs Definition to Executive Committee for review; potential consideration by full board in January.
