The Technical Planning Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TPAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, and APCD.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Technical Planning Advisory Committee on any subject within the jurisdiction of the committee that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes.

3.	ELECTIONS
	Consider nominations and elect a Chair and Vice-Chair for 2008.

4.	MINUTES
	A. Review and approve Minutes of November 1, 2007.
	B. Review and approve Minutes of December 12, 2007.
	C. Review and approve Minutes of December 19, 2007.

5.	RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
	Approve Resolution of Appreciation for outgoing TPAC Chair Bill Shipsey

6.	REGIONAL HOUSING NEEDS ALLOCATION
	A.	Receive staff presentation on Regional Housing Needs Planning Process and Overview of Allocation Criteria.
	B.	Receive public input on allocation criteria.
	C.	Receive input on options to address jobs-housing relationship.
	D.	Discuss next steps and provide direction to staff on allocation criteria.

	ADJOURN
	Adjourn to January 16, 2008 meeting at Buellton City Hall, 6:30 PM. Following meeting will be January 23, 2008, Santa Barbara County Administration Building, Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, Fourth Floor, 6:30 PM.
