Reduce
Santa Barbara County fiscal year 2009/10 Measure D local funds by

Buellton, Guadalupe and Solvang by $100,000, $104,000 and $100,000
respectively in exchange for economic stimulus funds upon passage of the
federal economic stimulus bill. |
