Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to

Introduce meeting facilitator
and invited panelists who will discuss the development of local
transportation sales tax programs in other counties. The meeting
facilitator is

EXPENDITURE
PLAN PANEL (90 minutes) |
| |
An expenditure plan must be
prepared identifying projects and programs that will be funded from the
revenues of a proposed local transportation sales tax. Panelists
will describe the plans from other counties and how they were developed.
A one hour panel discussion is planned followed by a 30 minute question
and answer period. The invited panelists include: |

organizations will be needed to generate support for a sales tax ballot
measure. Panelists will describe how these efforts were formed in
other counties and what they did to help support the sales tax ballot
measure. A one hour panel discussion is planned followed by a 30
