The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee is an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments. TTAC members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact SBCAG at least three working days prior to the scheduled meeting.

1.	CALL TO ORDER AND INTRODUCTIONS

2.	PUBLIC COMMENT
	The public may address the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments on any subject within the jurisdiction of the Board that is not included as part of the agenda. Comments shall be limited fifteen minutes, divided among those desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than three minutes.

3.	MINUTES
	Approve the minutes of March 8, 2004.

4.	UNMET TRANSIT NEEDS
	Receive presentation and consider approval of the draft Transit Needs Assessment for 2004.

5.	INTERCOMMUNITY TRANSIT SERVICE
	Review and comment on draft Intercommunity Transit Service Implementation Plan between Lompoc - VAFB - Santa Maria.

6.	CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
	A. Approve annual conformance finding.

7.	COMMUNICATIONS
	A.	SBCAG Board action on 2004 RTIP.
