The North County Subregional Planning Committee (NCSPC) is a Board subcommittee of the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments.

	Receive February 2006 meeting summary.

4.	NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT PLAN
	Receive presentation and status report on the North Santa Barbara County Transit Plan and provide feedback on work accomplished to date and planned next steps.

5.	OTHER
	Identify issues for future North County Subregional Planning Committee meetings.
